We will create a custom or stock design for your individual or team (a secondary variation of the style for male participants is also available). This process will take approximately 3- 6 weeks (3 weeks individuals, 6 weeks teams) from design conception to shipping your order- provided response is prompt in each of the steps outlined below.


Design Process:
Email our office and our design staff will discuss your unique, one of a kind design. Communicate what you are looking for in your custom uniform, approximately how many pieces you will need and your budget/price range. We will create and email (or mail) a color rendering of your design for your approval. Once you have approved the design, a price will be quoted. This process will be completed in approximately one week.


Design Approval:
Once you have received the price quote for your design, please sign at the bottom and email back this acceptance agreement to proceed with your order. Please include a credit card number. You will only be charged a $50 design fee if you decide not to proceed with the order after your costume sketch has been made.
Custom costumes are not exchangeable nor returnable. Minor changes to the design can be made without an additional fee, but MAJOR REDESIGNING WILL REQUIRE  AN ADDITIONAL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT FEE, AND WILL DELAY DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER! This process will be completed in approximately one week.


Payment Method:
All orders require a 50% deposit or a valid signed School Purchase Order and sizes to be processed. The balance of the order is due prior to shipping. We accept all major credit cards and checks. After receiving your deposit or PO, sizes and FINAL APPROVAL OF SKETCH, production will take approximately two weeks for your order to be shipped. IF PAYING BY CHECK, IT WILL TAKE TWO WEEKS TO CLEAR BEFORE THE ORDER IS RELEASED TO SHIP.
